Refund Policy

At YNOT, we strive to offer high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Since our products are made on demand, returns or exchanges for errors in size, color, or design selection can not be accepted in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent provisions under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). However, if the received product has a manufacturing defect or an error in the order caused by us, we offer refund or replacement options under the conditions outlined below.
2. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to contact@ynotclothingbrand.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the defect or error
- Description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will inform you if you are eligible for a refund or a free replacement.
3. Conditions for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will only be approved in the following cases:
- The received product has manufacturing defects.
- The product is different from what was ordered (wrong size, color, or design due to a YNOT error).
- Damage to the product caused during shipping (photo evidence required upon receiving the package).
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Errors in size, color, or design selection by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Return requests made after the 14-day period.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days through the same payment method used for the purchase. If you choose a replacement, we will proceed with the manufacturing and shipping of the new product at no additional cost.
